Remy and Tineke invited us to a dinner at Kasteel Heemstede in Houten. It felt like coming home: sure I was a princess in a former life (probably one of those terribly cranky types with braids). The 7-course meal was delicious: the risotto with eel vinegarette certainly was a wonderful surprise. My head's still reminding me of the great wine arrangement....
